Community Development & Empowerment

An amount per year, based on actual turnover and profitability values, is allocated to community development projects. An ongoing "needs" analysis involving senior management and shareholders is conducted on an ongoing basis to establish how the Group can contribute towards the upliftment of the communities of our workforce, based on partnership and commitment principles. We do not support meaningless "hand-outs".
