Employee Participation

Saab Grintek believes in a culture of participative management and that employees at all levels participate in decision-making affecting their working environment.  In order to ensure that this principle extends throughout the Group, management has developed appropriate programmes which enable the understanding, acceptance and implementation of participative management and employee empowerment at all levels, and to ensure that appropriate worker forums exist through which effective communication at all levels can take place.
