Saab recently sold 50% of the Saab Grintek Energy Technologies business unit to Palace Consulting Engineering (Pty) Ltd. This joint venture , under the name of Grinpal (Pty) Ltd will address the energy market with its current product portfolio. This is the culmination of years of co‑operation between Saab Grintek and Palace. The joint venture will create an operating business entity with a significantly enhanced BEE profile and is well positioned for the South African, African and world markets.
